thermostat going out

hey guys.
first off i want to thank all of you so much. i bought my first kegerator used earlier this year and this site as been so very helpful.

i only have a few issues left to work out and this thing will be almost new.
my thermostat is going out on it now. i have the dial set on 1 and it is keeping it at 26 degrees. i accidently froze the last quarter of a coors light half barrel. i don't want to freeze my next.

also, the fan has stopped working, so i need a new motor for that.

does anyone know where i can order new or used parts for it.
it is a Beverage-air model # BM23
