My best guess without looking at your whole setup is that your keg pressure is too low. At the very start of your video you can see a pocket of foam flow through the tube that leads to the pump. That's usually a sign that you need to increase keg pressure. Most manufacturers of pump-driven draft systems recommend 15psi of keg pressure and that's at refrigeration temps ~38f.

Pub Cellar: FloJet Beer pump and FOB detector - foaming problem, need help.
Hi,
We are setting up a "british pub", and I copied cellar hardware setup as seen in many real pubs in England: FloJet beer pump with FOB detector.
And my problem is that when pumping, FloJet fills FOB with foam and everything stops.
You can see it in the video: https://youtu.be/iZ0EZJ4sz6U
My cellar temp is 10c/50f
Keg was sitting at this temp for a week.
Keg pressure set to 10psi,
Pump gas pressure - 15psi.
Beer is Fullers London Pride
Nobody around here in Russia has a similar setup, so I don't know what to tweak - there are lot of variables for me.
Please help.
