Glass Rinser Sticking

Hey,
Have any of the other professionals out there had any issues with the undercounter mount glass rinser sticking in the on position?
Have one account where this has happened twice now. We have extremely hard water in my area so I am suspecting this may be the issue, however there is another account across the street on the same water source that has not had any issues.
Any suggestions ?

I've had several issues with the rinsers here in Virginia. What model rinser? The older tee style had an O ring that was too large and caused jamming. Others seem to have the spring worn out due to excess pressure. Are they using the in-line pressure reducer, MM part no. 1750352C?

Most of my issues ended when we regularly added the in-line reducer.
