I am unsure how long a coil should be to cool room temp (75F) beer effectively down to 38F dispense temp and I'd rather not experiment.
Here's my monkey wrench... I am using a glycol bath similar to the proline glycol power pack. I want to submerge my coil in this reservoir... a bit colder than ice.
Dispense pressures, and therefore carbonation issues, are less of an issue because I am using a bag-in-box type system to dispense.
This is for a permanent commercial installation for countertop dispense of specialty beer.
Any help?
Thanks,
Rob
