Kegerator flow meter

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone ever came across a flow meter or a beer portion control that I can install in True kegerators. We organize special summer events and I want my waitresses to be able to activate a certain amount of beer to be poured by a customer by waiving a magnetic card or something over the tower or a table? Thanks.
