I have a large, old horizontal freezer that I want to convert into a giant jockey box as a permanent beer chilling solution for our new brew pub (4 taps-no portable). is there any reason why this will not work as a everyday, permanent solution? we have a large capacity ice maker, so I'm thinking this would be a cost effective solution. Thanks for any insights.
