  • Wheat Beer Glass Size

We are adding a wine and beer bar to our existing coffee shop and I have a question about glass size for German and Belgian wheat beers. We have three taps for our draft sales and will be featuring wheat beer for 2 of our taps. If I am selling the glass as a 16oz should I go with a 20oz glass so there is room for a nice head or 16oz glass and give the customer less beer? What is standard in a bar? The Hefe Weizen gives off better aroma with a nice thick head on the beer.

I think normally a glass of a particular size is designed for some head with the stated amount of liquid. I wouldn't go with 20's as your servers might get a heavy handed if they dont put a huge head on it. 20 vs. 16 and you are giving away 25% more product if they decide to give a full liquid fill.
What I have: Haier two tap, 525 faucets, tower cooler, 10' lines
