Fresh Cider Prices?

By last year at this time I had some different ciders fermenting, but haven't got around to starting any this year. Last year I paid around four bucks a gallon for fresh cider, this year it is $4.79 for a half gallon from the same orchard. Have there been similar price increases elsewhere in the country?

Down here in Miami Beach all I can get is what I thought was crazy overpriced organic juice from Fresh Market and Whole Foods. I make three to five gallons a season and that's it. I think last year it was about 6 or 7 bucks for a gallon. I will have to check if my memory is wrong but almost 5 dollars for a half gallon seems high. I haven't looked this year yet, but all my carboys are full of mead.
