  • Evaporator Fan not working on True Tdd-1

picked up a used True Tdd-1. Sounded liked it worked at the time with compressor and compressor fan coming on. Looked inside and Evapourator Fan not working. Can you please let me know what to do?

Probably what happened was the last time it was shut down the door was left closed not allowing the unit to dry out & moisture collected on the motor causing the armature to rust. I wouldn't be surprised if you got a musty smell out of it when you first opened the door.
You can try spraying some WD40 in the motor & then try to free up the motor by hand. If you cannot get it to free up you will have to replace the motor. It's not difficult to do.
