Default Long draw pump system with taps at differnet lengt

I have just started working for a horse track in Arizona where the beer system was installed many years ago and has had many different companies working on it. They have beer pumps sending beer to a tower about 30' away and another tower about 150' away. The problme is that the beer is pouring way to fast at the closest tower. Since the restricion lines are all ready cut I can not extend them, is there a way to manually regulate the flow rate?

They only have 6 pumps and 1 regulator for the pump pressure and 1 regulator for the keg pressure. I will check out the inline restrictors. Do they have any problems that I should be aware of or are they straight forward.

Based on your de****ion of the issues, it seems as if the restriction is not identical for each run. Can you access the trunk lines just before the towers? Otherwise, there is no way of adding restriction to slow the flow for one tower. If the system does not have any significant rise, it could easily do without the pumps and a gas blender could be utilized to dispense the beer much more successfully. Pumps were really never intended for the short run.
