Smile Foaming answers make head hurt. Pouring rate

Love this site, very informative. I have a mild foaming issue with first pour. I have a refridgerator shanked out with the tap coming out the door. I have a calibrated thermometer checking my second pour at 36 degrees. Im at sea level with 5 foot of 3/16 hosing, psi set at 11 for Anchor Steam 1/6 keg (using table conversions for Calfornia Common average at 2.6 volumes at 36 degrees). The first pull seems to be close to 1/3 foam. after that it seems to be fine. My line are very clean. I'm thinking about adding more length to slow down my pour rate (not sure if its too fast causing some foaming). What would be a good rule of thumb for a proper flowrate (ounces per second). If im missing something, any guidance would be a help. Thanks everyone. Bill Freitag

The flow rate in a balanced system is 128 oz/min.
