Default 2 Beers Then Foam

Brewpub system with 8 lines split over 2 towers (16 faucets). 18 foot lift, 50 foot run. Dual blender/beer pumps no FOBs or counters. First 2 pints pour well (beer in line) then foam to the point where it is un-pourable. 15-17 psi on regulator for that serving tank, within 2 psi up or down of other products. No other products have dispense issues. Recently changed styles, but beer poured okay for over a week. No kinks, leaks, routinely cleaned every 3 weeks. What are symptoms of a bad beer pump ? Could this be the issue ? Any help is appreciated.

More info, they are flojet pumps and run off of CO2, there are no cleaning devices on them. Thanks again.

Normally the Flo Jet pumps are very durable unless they are allowed to "run-on" dry for extended periods of time (line cleaners not knowing how to turn pressure off to pumps when removing the faucet).

This could be an issue with the beer degassing prior to entering the pumps. Or possibly temperature issues with your glycol circulation. Why the dual blender? Are you using this to pressurize your vessels? If so, do the vessel specifications allow for a higher pressure (20 -25)? If they can, you could use this pressure to propel the beer all the way to the faucet if your restriction is adequate. This would eliminate the need for pumps altogether.
