Default old beverage air broken

I am interested in buying an older beverage air kegerator, but there is a problem with the temperture. Any possiable suggestions on what it could be wrong, and how difficult of a fix it would be?

It could be a number of things. A few possibilities are that it could be the temperature control or low on refrigerant (which means there is a leak, not good) or something as simple as a dirty condenser.
