Default Frozen Beer Line

I have my marvel outdoor ref. set at it highest temp but my beer line freezes and my overflow beer is frozen but juice and soda that sits on time of keg is not frozen. The pressure is around 12. The temp outside is 90 degrees. what could cause this to happen?

What is the temperature of the beer in the keg?

The temperature of the beer is colder than 29 F[?][?][?]Is the beerline in contact with the refrigeration or directly in front on the evaporator fan (if it has one)?

The beerline is not in contact with the Refrigeration or fan. The beer in line is frozen but once that thaws out the beer flows nicely. Could the CO2 cause this to happen (i.e change the freezing point)? Type of beer is Miller Lite

CO2 should not cause any issues. Even if the line is not in contact the cold air from the evaporator could still freeze the beer. Reroute the line and evaluate.
