Default Kegerator - Warm Air

My Kegerator is pumping out warm air... It didn't always. I had it off for a day or two, and I've turned it back on and it's been on for about 6hrs and it seems to be getting warmer. There is a green wire in the back that isn't disconnected to anything, I didn't notice it previously but is that the problem? It is a Continental.

p.s. I bought this used.

Some questions, does the temperature control switch the compressor off & does the compressor run? Is the condenser coil down by the compressor clean & does the condenser fan run when the compressor runs?

The green wire is a ground wire & is only a problem being not connected if you have a short & wish to get shocked.
