Right now I'm working with a Vissani Kegorator with a 1/6 barrel of Heavy Seas Loose Cannon on tap!

I've got the temperature down around 40 F (I think) and the PSI at around 7-8 (I can't mess with it right now because the regulator is crap! I've got a new one being replaced no charge on the way - should be better, can't be worse!)

The beer is pouring really well - not too much head about an 1".

I don't like the way the tower is (but right now that's Asthetic)

I've had the keg tapped for about a day.

My questions are:

1. What level of carbonation can I expect to see in the beer over the next few weeks?

2. If I wanted to retrofit a new tower onto this kegorator what would be the best way to go about it?
