    Default A lot of Foam

I had a little leak on the Top of my Keg, I ordered the new washers and I just installed it.Before that, it was pouring the beer good, with just a little foam, but after I disconnect the lines, clean it, put the new washer, I don't know what's going on, but all I have is foam. I set everything the same way it was before, but still a lot of foam. I'm kind of new at this, this is just my
2nd keg. Any help wil be appreciated.

Most of the foaming problems are due to pressure and temperature and sometimes it is from the way the keg was handled. If you just got your keg you will want to check the date stamp on it and then make sure it is cooled to the correct temperature. Kegs are not pasturized and are only good for 30 days, if transported and stored correctly. Could also be that you have a bad keg coupler and the new bung washers are compounding this internal problem.

Agree on the temperature issue. Not all kegs are non pasteurized. Normally domestic kegs where imports are pasteurized. Today many non pasteurized kegs are fine in the 50 to 70 day shelf life range.
