Spatan-Franziskaner Hefe 1/2 Barrel Date Tag? (Produced On)

Just picked up my first 50L barrel of Franziskaner Hefe and couldn't find a produced on date. There is a yellow tag on the top with some letters and numbers but not sure if this is it and how to decypher it. A large number 11 and (L07184). Also, I have a 355ml bottle of Franzi with a tag of (L24081). I usually tap Paulaner and there is always a date on the barrel cap. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
