Default Random Foam

First time post.

I have an account that has problems with foam, but when I arrive and check the system, there is no foam to be found and everything is working well.

They have a Glycol system with 1 keg attached to 2 Taps.

Temperature seems not to be the problem, nor the pressure - everything was fine the first month they opened. It has been recently that this phenominon has started.

Is it possible the foam is due to dispensing beer from both taps at once?
They get foam then think the keg is empty, but when checked its still half full.

Any suggestions will be helpful - Thanks.

Issues could be numerous. We need to know more info. Glycol temperature, glycol pump effectiveness, beer temperature at the keg and faucet, PSIG to keg, type of gas utilized, system length, pressure leak test, "Y'd" in keg cooler or outside of cooler, etc.

Thank you for the reply. I am going to go down the list and try to find out the source.
