Default No choke on long draw

I ran into a long draw system that did not have a choke or a blend box. It was running at about 20 psi 6 products. One tower was 34ft away the other was 43ft away. The walk in is 38 degrees. Other than over carb beer what other issues will this bar have? Can I open the trunk line at the tower and add a choke? Can someone help me with the formula for the correct amount of choke? Thank you very much.

If you can tell me lift, drop, type and size (id)of line (poly, vinyl, barrier, etc), single or multiple regulator, altitude, style of beer (or Brand), I can get some specs for you. You will need to go with a blender (my preference) or beer pumps if you are already at 20 psi.

lift is 15ft. It is 3/8 brewmaster mm truckline using individual regulators for each brand. Brands include Bud light,Bud, Miller lite, Widmer hef, Stella and Bass. The tower is a mm TapRite 6 faucet T style.

Can I get away with just installing a choke to bring down the psi to avoid over carbing beers?

The tower ( MM or Taprite?) MM has S/S lines that are part of the tower if it is KR tower). Other towers most likely have 5' of 3/16. Unless the installer cut the stock line before installing, the choke should be okay.I agree with Happy Tappy about the blender.Does the beer run properly if it is a new keg and before it starts overcarbonating? If so,then the blender should be all that you need. As far as the difference in the length, between 34 and 43 feet, it is only about 1/2 lb difference in the restriction.

Yes it is a glycol tower with stainless steel lines. The reason I ask about a choke is that the trunk line is connected directly to the stainless steel beer lines which I know is not right. I would like to correct this if possible. Is there an easy way to figure out how much choke I need or is it okay to leave trunk line connected directly to stainless steel lines going to faucets?

MM's towers with the S/S lines have a built in 7.5 lbs. of restriction. No more restriction needed unless there is a major length difference in the two trunk lines.
