    Default Ipswich Ale

Back to my usual dilemna, no info on the company's webpage, and the distributor has no clue. I need a recommendation for Massachusetts "Ipswich Ale" PSI setting / temp. I'm guessing 14 PSI's and about 41 temp?

    Any comments or suggestions?

    Thanks!

I've never found a brewer that includes this information on their web page, although I'm sure there's got to be a few out there, but if you go ipswich ale's home site, there is a 'contact us' link which provides their e-mail address. I've e-mailed several brewers requesting this information, and they've all responded, even Coors regarding a craft brew they had purchased.

    Their e-mail address is

    brewing@mercurybrewing.com

Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."

Ipswich Ale is a 2.4 v/v beer. At least this is what they target. Normally will not exceed 2.47 according to brewer. With this, @ 41 F @ sea level, your guess at 14 PSIG is right on when you include two pounds push.

Start with six feet of 3/16" and trim back four inches or so until flow speed desired is achieved.
