Default Equipment Problems

Backstory: I inherited an older model keg cooler with no identifiers/markings on it. I know the cooler is a Bev-Air but do not know the model. Looked on the Bev-Air site and found a model that's close (DD78). This unit is being used in a bar/lounge.
Problem #1: Beer leakage in the floor of the box AND external (underneath) the box.
Solution: Had several techs check taps/lines,etc. and determined there's a problem with the drain lines running from the drip trays.
Problem #2: The drain lines run INSIDE the door columns before exiting out of the front of the unit. From what we can see...there are no access panels to get to the drain hoses. (Our assumption is: one or both of the hoses have holes in them.)
Solution: Need Help....
Problem #3: Would like to have a service manual. Know where I might try to find one?

Default Try this

Try this website. It's worked for me in the past (www.fixya.com). If not you could try to contact Bev-Air directly.

I believe you can just cut the drain hose and abandon them. Reconnect a new piece of 1/2" (or whatever ID it is) tubing and reroute it to where it needs to be.
