Post Problem with circulating pump

I'm running a circulating pump pushing 4 Lines at a time on 50Ft lines, but when switching from chemical to rinse water my pump is having problems getting it's momentum back.(Also my rinse is a reverse flow.) Does anyone have the same issues?

How old is the pump? Are you getting air into the pump? The only times I've noticed a similar problem is when I've allowed the line and pump to pump dry. Also, how high above the water source is the pump?
