Default Summit not cold enough.

Hi, I have a Summit keg unit. With my thermostat pegged all the way all I can get is the beer to be 40 deg's at the glass. Is there a way to adjust the thermostst with an adjustment screw, or can I move the prob, or maybe put in a small fan. I must get the beer to 38 deg please help.

Make sure the cooling fins on the compressor are clean. If they get plugged up with dust and dirt the cooler will run warm.

Where do I locate the fan within the summit.

Check in back toward the bottom. I have never seen a summit but alot of the ones I see it's in the back or on the side.
