Default Another Guinness issue....

I just tapped a fresh keg last week. Cleaned all the lines, faucet etc. Everything was going great. Overnight I go from great pours to 1/2 beer, 1/2 foam. The cascade effect is even gone. Is this a gas issue? Whats the deal here? Should I just go ahead and run 100% Nitrogen?

And, Im running a stout faucet, 75n25co2 mix.
