Nothing but FOAM part 3

new regulator, new hoses, new gasgets and new tanks with a CO2 system and nothing but major FOAM...

If I adjust the pressure, should I see immediate results? I don't see much of a difference between 4 psi and 20 psi. The foam content is insane. I am working on the temp to verify what everything is set at. The keg is half full MIller lite which I heard is very tempermental.

Does the length of the hoses matter? What does the relief valve do on the side of the tap part do? I've researched this forum and haven't found much of an answer. Please help.
