Default foamy second beer
I have a chest style keg fridge with a tower on top, the first pour of the day I dump in the sink because its all foam. The next beer is perfect and if I don't pour another one right away the next one is foamy. Is there any way to change this or is this just because its a chest style and the beer gets warm in the tower?

You could install a blower to circulate cold air into the tower. This would keep it cool and hopeful cure your foam problem.
