Question Nothing but Foam

I have converted a fridge ... door mount .. For last 2 kegs I get nothing but foam .. SO I replaced my 3/16 beer lines, (Foam) then replaced the Tap (Foam) and replaced the faucet (perlick).. um, Foam .. Beer is Berkshire Brewing Company traditional ale .. all equipment is in the fridge and temp is 37 to 38 degrees .. I live in western Massachusetts so only 1000 feet above sea level .. The only thing left is the regulator .. which should be fine and only 6 months old .. I never really had the problem until I replaced the beer lines, but have replaced them twice .. length of 4 feet .. I'm frustrated so looking for help .. any suggestions are appreciated .. THANKS!

It could be the keg, check the black rubber ring in the keg where the coupler goes. If there is a chip in it then it will cause foaming. It would be odd that two in a row would be damaged but it could happen. You also want your lines to be about 5 feet long and your pressure at 12-14 lbs.

Is The Beer line clear and are there bubbles in it, I have seen the probe of some keg couplers come loose letting co2 into the line. I have also seen couplers with out a gasket on the probe that do not seal well. 5ft of beer line would be be correct, but the style of shank and the facuet can also be the problem. tapper

Default Thanks but still problems

Thanks for the replies, I have a brand new coupler and faucet but same problem is still occuring .. I have checked the keg seal each time and it's fine .. on my third keg since first started having the problem .. I think it is somewhat better now as I have changed my line from 4ft to 5.5 ft .. but still get foam .. frustrating and almost ready to buy bottled beer again
