My wife and I have just finished hooking up the Frigidare Kegorator she got me for xmas this year (yes it took alot of begging to get it early).
It came with the 5lb C02 and I have just finished connecting the hoses to a 1/6 of NJs finest Flying Fish thanks to our favorite local beer store. After a brief boubt of turning the CO2 valve in the off position rather than the on position we now have a decent flow of beer.
The kegorator was on for just over 24 hours before we put the keg in it and it has sat now for 2 hours but I have not yet tested the temperature.
I have read that 38 degrees and 12 lb of pressure on the regulator is ideal. Has anyone tested this theory on Flying Fish and does anyone have suggestions on maximizing both the Fish and other great East Cost beers.
Thanks for any tips, now time to test the tap!
