Default Outdoor Marvel Kegerator Freezing / Need Help

Hey all. First time kegerator owner, first time posting.

OK, I recently purchased a Marvel Outdoor Kegerator. It is intended to be used outside, as it has a larger compressor, and can even be built into an outdoor grill area. I just have it on my deck next to my grill. I am in Southern Indiana. I purchased it a week or so ago, and although it has been quite cold outside, in the mid 20's, beer has been flowing great every night. I didn't drink one yesterday, but when I got home today to pour a beer nothing came out. It got down in the teens last night and stayed in the low 20's all day. I can squeeze the beer line inside the fridge and the line does not seem to be frozen, the run off bottle is not frozen, and the keg is not frozen, I can hear the beer in the keg. Could I have screwed up the unit it's self by keeping it out in these conditions? It is supposed to be outside and can be built into a grill. If you do that there is no bringing it in in the winter. I also noticed that the CO2 pressure had dropped from about 15 to 10. When I tightened up the screw on the regulator I was able to get the pressure back up, but it made a really weird hissing sound, not like it usually does, and still no beer. The problem seems to be coming from the tap its self. Could that freeze? I hear the CO2 entering the keg, there is beer in there, but when I pull the tap, NO BEER!!! What Can I do? I NEED A BEER and I don'twant to tear up my new kegerator. HELP!!!

sounds as though your beer lines are frozen and quite possibly in the tower and in the shank take some HOT wet towels and wrap around the faucet and heat that up then use those towels on the beer lines themselves from the faucet to the coupler and inside the tower also. the unit while running will keep the keg from freezing but most likely the tower is not insulated enough to withstand those cold outdoor temps. the faucet itself is picking up the cold and transferring it down through the tower you might need to construct some sort of insulating boot to cover the tower and faucet during these temp extremes
