Default warm beer foamy

i got a new danby set at 36 but the beer is actually 44 and foamy.its been set up for 3 days now. I reset the co2 down to 8 psi and it helped the foam but paperwork says 10 to 12 psi?

Take it back and get your money back or replace the Danby temperature controls. The swuft looking Danby digital readout is not as effective as it is Smurfy looking.

If you end up keeping the kegerator, keep in mind that a warmer beer will require more co2 pressure. At 44 degrees, the right pressure for a beer with 2.5 Vol of co2 is roughly 13 PSI. At 38 degrees, the right pressure is about 10 PSI.

and at 45 un-pasteurized beer will begin secondary fermentation this is not good
