Default HELP! no beer flow!

First time hookup on my kegerator.
Just had co2 filled first time today.
psi set to 12.

I get no flow, only a tiny bit of foam,
but hardly anything.

My Haier manual tell me nothing about the regulator,
or anything about troubleshooting beer flow issues.

IS there an order to the hookup/keg tapping?

HELP!!

thanks, Q

does your regulator have a gas shutoff valve right below the gauges? if so, make sure it is parallel with the beer hose (on position). the only "order" to connecting is put a little food grade lube (MM sells this) on the keg coupler gasket to avoid tearing it, insert coupler in keg and turn clockwise until it stops, push down coupler handle, turn on gas and adjust psi. if you have no flow it could be a defective keg
