True Kegerator temperature issue

I recently purchased a used True kegerator. The temp control knob does not seem to work. No matter what setting I put it at, the temperature stays at 30degF. This is also causing the condenser to ice up. Is it as easy as replacing the switch, or is this another issue?

Are the condensor fins clean and free of any dust/debris? If clean, you may need to have a refrigeration tech. check this out.
