Default nausea & headaches with a new kegerator

I'm having a problem that just seems weird with my new kegerator. I've balanced out the line and have a keg of Blue Moon. The liquid temp does not change from in fridge to faucet so I know that is not the issue. I have the CO2 pressure at 13 psi. However it still coems out very foamy, which is one problem. But the real problem is that when my wife and I have one glass we start to feel light headed and queasy. Could this just be that the regulator is so wrong that I have much more gas in the keg than is supposed to be? What other causes could there be?

What is your liquid temperature and what is your elevation. Blue Moon is a higher carbed product that may require around 16 PSIG @ 38F @ sea level. As to the queasyness and becoming light headed, are you too newlyweds?[:I]
