Default What would be considered a good flow of beer

I just wanted to know how fast the beer should come out...My last 5 kegs I had the co2 set under 10 and it worked perfect. anything over that it would come flying out and get too much foam..now I just replaced my co2 tank and it is over 10 pounds and it doesnt seem to flow like the last one... any reasons why?

Turn off the regulator on your C02 tank and pull the pressure release valve on your keg coupler. If you do not hear it depressurize then there was no C02 in the keg. Next make sure the preesure relief valve is seated back in and open the regulator back up, you should hear the C02 go into the keg. If you hear nothing then you will know your C02 tank is empty.
