Default beer pouring slow

I recently replaced my co2 tank..This is First refill and since I hooked it back up my beer is pouring very very slow. It is set at about 12 pounds but Originally it was running real good at 8 pounds.. I had no foam and it poured beautifully... I thought maybe it needed a cleaning so I cleaned but that didnt seem to be the problem.. Does anyone have any suggestions on why my beer is pouring so slow... It is not flat because I tasted it and it has foam.... Very confused...
