Default 1/6th barrel

I have the standard kit from MM with the D coupler that has a lever on it. Will this fit a 1/6th keg? I guy where I buy kegs said the lever will not go down all the way because the keg is smaller but I am not sure if he is right because it looks like it just may from pictures of 1/6th kegs. Anybody out there use a 1/6th with a lever style D coupler?

As long as it's an American keg, and not from a brewery that might use a different coupler, then your standard D coupler will work fine.

The size of the keg has nothing to do with it. I personally have used 1/6 kegs with the exact same D coupler that I use on 1/2 barrels.

be selfish and worry about my liver."

cool, thanks. I think he was saying that the rim arounf the keg was what would get in the way and the lever would hit it. I guess I'll stop then on the way home to get one.
