Default beer taste

so i screwed up i over pressurized my fat tire for about a week. now it tastes bad, i have the pressure right now or close to right after much trial.

will the taste return to its nature flavor?

No. You can take a chance at shaking down the excess carbonation but risk flat beer. Try a search on carbonation.
