    Default Room temp Kegs

What kegs can I keep at room temp and just ice down my coils when I want a cold one? I ran a 5gal Sierra Nevada thru this way and had good beer for about 6 weeks. Then it began to get a little cloudy ( I should say a little less than clear is all) but it tasted good til I finished it in week 7.
The people at BevMo had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about pasturized kegs of imported beer etc. since some import labels are actually brewed statside.

Find out if the product you are dispensing is pasteurized or not. If so, normally the beer has a shelf life of around 110-120 days. Non-pasteurized products' taste will change within days if not kept in cold storage.

What products are pasteurized? Bevmo and liquor stores have no clue.

All import products are pasteurized while most domestic brewed products in kegs are not.

Does anyone know specifically, which domestic kegs are pasteurized? Or imports for that matter? Some of the "import" kegs are brewed stateside and not pasteurized. I'll take any one suggestion.

What "imports are brewed domestically? They are not imported if they are brewed here. Virtually all domestic breweries do not pasteurize there keg beer.

Fosters is brewed under licence in Canada by Molson. They ship the kegs from Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal to the states not pasteurized
