Default True TDD1 tower cooling

I have a TDD1. The hose in the tower does not seem to have much air at all blowing into the tower. Any idea on how much should be blowing. Cannot really feel much movement.
Thanks

I also have a True TDD-1. Is your hose running all the way to the top of the tower? Is the tower cool (almost cold) to the touch? The airflow on the tower hose on mine is plenty enough to cool the small area of the tower.
