Default Slow pour

I have an older tap system That has had new hoses and a used faucet added at the local beer distributor. I keep the temperature at 36 degrees and the co2 set at 10psi. I am using a 5 lbs co2 tank. The problem I have is it will pour real good unless I start pouring pitchers or pour a lot of glasses. After I do this a lot, the pressure gauge goes down and it pours a lot slower. Then the next day it is just fine. I did have a leak with the first keg, but I think it is fixed. I turned off the supply valve and the high pressure gauge did not go down, plus I used soap around all the connections, and nothing. I never did find the leak just soaked the tap in hot water. Any suggestions

Default

Just hooked up a new keg, and the leak is back. I soaped around the pressure adjusting screw and there were bubbles around the hole that is by the pressure adjusting screw, and around the screw when I put my finger over the hole. Is the regulator shot? I am new to this so I really need some help. Thanks
