We need to know exactly what your temperature is. There is no such temperature as between 33 and 35. Also, what brand of beer are you dispensing?

I am dispensing different types of beer I buy a new kind each time I get beer. The actual temp is 34 degrees. The last keg that I used was dos equis amber. The keg before that was shiner bock. I have also had a keg of micro brew. It was a kolsch style beer.

Seems as if you are utilizing 2.5 CO2 volume beer. At 34 F at sea level use 11 PSIG.

I am actually using a 5 lbs co2. But the problem is that i set it on around 10 psi and it is fine. But the next time I use it it is foamy and the psi goes up by itself.

Use your high side regulator gauge and check for pressure leaks. With all of the valves open and faucet closed, turn cylinder wheel off. If the pointer on the high side gaugebegins to drop, even slowly, you have a leak. Locate and repair.
