    Default regulating CO2

    Hello,

I'm having serious issues in regulating my CO2 into my kegerator. For some reason I can't get the pressure to go from 15. I would like it around 9. The type of beer is Founders Centinnal IPA and the temp is at 38. Any help would be great.

    Thanks,

    Brad

When you adjust the pressure down, you have to release the co2 pressure from the keg, too, otherwise it's not going to register on the guage. So if you're at 15, turn it down, then pull the release pin on the coupler immediately afterwards to see how much it went down.

If you are releasing pressure from the keg, by either pulling that pin or pouring beers, and the pressure reading still won't go down, you might need a new co2 guage.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."
