Default Easy adding and removing of liquid

I've got an odd question you people might be able to answer. A friend of mine is getting into strongman competition and has to do the keg lift as part of it. He would like to know if there is an easy way to add and remove water from a keg i.e. for different weights during training. He is a student with no tools. Any suggestions?

One suggestion would be a Manual Washing Head: http://www.micromatic.com/product.php?pid=7485-CC

You can put water into the keg using the CO2 port and then drain it from the top (beer out) turning the keg upside down.
