Default Kegerator Cleaning

Hello-I was wondering if someone could help me...I haven't used my kegerator in over a year. It had been stored in the basement and the plastic line going from the CO2 to the tap is full will bacteria and mold. I was wondering if I can replace the tubing ...or just try using a cleaning kit. If I need to replace the tubing..is it easy to install new tubing?
Thanks!

It would probably be easier to replace it. Sometimes the growth can permeate the vinyl line and it is impossible to remove the taste. Check the connection behind the faucet. You may need to cut a clamp and then the line off of a barbed fitting. Then re-clamp the new line back on. The connection at the coupler is much simpler as it is either a hex or wing nut fitting. Be certain to replace the beer washer under this fitting. Check out this link for beer line .

Ok..Thanks!
Could you please send me link (s) to exactly what I will need to get?
This is all new to me...the person who used to handle the cleaning and parts for the kegerator is no longer here and I have inherited taking care of it! I saw that there are two types of beer lines..one with two ends and another with one end..also do you sell the washer that I would need to replace?
I have a Kenmore kegerator..I don't know if that helps!
Thanks

Check these links for required parts . Use the open end wrench for the hex end to the coupler. Use the tower nut wrench to remove the shank / faucet from the tower to secure the screw clamp and hose to the barbs.
