Default tap is leaking

When I get done pouring a beer the tap continuously drips. I read that it is a seal that is busted. If that is correct how do you get to the seal to replace it? Would appreciate any help.

Sounds like a problem with the seal in the faucet. Would most likely be easier and faster just to buy a new faucet and change it out. Prices are cheap and you know it will fix the problem...
