Question: Does it take longer than 5 hours for the keg to heat up from the previous 31.5 to whatever it is going to stop at (hopefully 35-36 degrees)?
Thanks!

5 hours should be plenty long enough to cool a glass of water, but not a keg. A keg can take a good day or two to finally get to whatever temp it's getting to. The greater the volume of liquid, the longer it takes to change. That's why bodies of water such as Lake Michigan don't freeze over.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."
