Default Twin tap issue

I have a twin tap kegerator with a keg of blue moon on one tap and allagash triple on the other. Temperature seems pretty good (around 40 degrees) considering it's an outdoor kegerator in 90 degree weather. I've started with ten feet of tubing after reading here how important the lenght of the line is to slow the flow. My issue is that the allagash pours great but the blue moon is foamy. I only have one regulator that controls both kegs, so could the psi be the issue? I'm at about 14 psi.

Blue Moon gives a bunch of us fits out in the field. You generally need 2 more psi to get it to pour. Raise it up, see if it pours, if it does, I would recommend another regulator, or try shortening the Blue Moon Line 6-10 inches.
