Foam
I have a sigle keg setup that is producing a lot of foam when I pour.
It works fine when I buy a new keg, but then after a few days it starts to foam. My preasure is set at 13Lbs, Temp is around 35, and everything is clean. I believe that I am pouring correctly, so I dont't know what else it could be. Any thoughts?

What type or brand of beer is it? Is the temperature actual beer temperature? This sounds like an overcarbonation problem but not certain since need to know more info.

The colder the beer , the more suceptable it is to overcarbonation. Try dropping the pressure to 12 or raising the temperature no warmer than 38 at 13 psig. Check to make sure that there are no pressure leaks. What length is the 3/16" beer line?

I would recommend having your regulator checked. I've found similar problems caused by faulty regulators, dispensing higher pressures than are indicated by the guages.

I had a simular problem, when I first got my regulator set up to 14 psi it was very over carbonated, now I keep it around the 7 - 71/2 mark and it tastes the way it should. Its two weeks old , will this cause any more problems in the future or can I just keep setting it to a lower value. thanks
