Default Flat Beer

OK have a Haier unit. Having problems with flat beer. Ive cleaned the glasses using every method possible including baking soda. At this point I cant think of any way in which the problem could be the glasses. BEer is bud light at 36f with 14psi. I get a nice head and just a few bubbles in the beer. The head and bubbles disappear rather quickly.

Please help as I am about to just trash the whole thing. Also I noticed on another thread about letting the beer sit for 36 hours, what is that for?

when you bring a fresh keg of beer home, it is agitated from the drive and handling. good idea to put it in the fridge and settle down bout 2 hours before tapping to avoid foaming. I use dawn detergent with hot water, cold water rinse, then into deep freeze

At this point I believe I can rule out the glasses. I have check for leaks and recently installed a quality micromatic gauge so I am sure that isnt it either.

Anyone have any ideas?

Oh I did notice one other thing. Previously when I had not puored a beer in several hours the tap handle would "stick" abit and I would have to really use some force to open it up. That issue seems to have left about the same time as the carbination in my beer maybe they are related?
